Participation and costs
Participation costs € 950 per organization (max. 1 participant per organization). Participation in collective program components, individual matchmaking, local support by the organization and local transport (linked to the mission program) are included. Travel and accommodation costs and personal transfers are at your own expense and risk.
After the registration period you will receive suggestions for your trip and accommodation as soon as possible.
Registration
You can register until September 18, 2023. Participation in this mission is only open to Dutch companies and knowledge institutions that fit within the aforementioned set-up and substantive focus of this trade mission. Confirmation of receipt is not yet a confirmation that you are participating in this trade mission. You will receive a final confirmation of your participation after the registration period has closed.
Organization
The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) is organizing this mission in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Dutch economic network in Germany and the relevant industry associations.
For German companies
German companies are invited to participate in the matchmaking event. The matchmaking event offers the opportunity to meet new contacts and to explore new business opportunities. German participants will be invited for 1:1 meetings with Dutch participants based on their profile on this platform.

The Dutch government attaches importance to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and endorses the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. This sets out the CSR standards for internationally active entrepreneurs. Compliance with these OECD guidelines is one of the conditions for participating in this mission. In order to assess whether your company or organization meets these conditions, we ask you to complete a CSR self-scan upon registration.
